"Wasn't convinced at first, but maybe it's fine?"
I was kind of skeptical when I tried it because the ingredients didn’t really feel as pure as I expected. I kept wondering what exactly I was putting on/in my body. But then again, maybe I’m overthinking it—it's not like I had a terrible experience or anything. I just wish the ingredient quality felt a little more trustworthy

I sent a few emails, the replies were just really slow and kind of vague. Like, nobody actually answered my question, you know? It just sort of felt like they didn’t really care or weren’t paying much attention.

I had a hard time figuring out what I was actually buying. A lot of the important details felt either missing or tucked away, and the labels didn’t really clear things up. I found myself looking for other people’s reviews just to see if anyone else could explain it better.

I went to grab my regular items again and, sure enough, they were out of stock. It’s getting frustrating, and I kind of feel like just another ticket number when I’m trying to get help or find out when things will be available

"Account updates were harder than they should be"
I tried to update my account info it was more frustrating than I expected. Some of the pages were confusing, and even after I finished, I wasn’t fully sure the changes actually saved. I get that account settings can be a little tedious anywhere, but this felt like something that should be clearer and easier to manage.

I ordered two supplements, and one of them showed up in a totally different strength than what was listed on my receipt??? Shipping was fine, no big issue there, but getting the actual order wrong is frustrating!! Customer service did eventually reply, but it took longer than I was hoping... i’m not sure I’d order from them again.

I thought pureprescriptions.com would have a lot more to pick from, but the selection felt limited. A few things I was looking for just weren’t there, and some of the categories seemed almost empty. It might be fine if you only need basic stuff, but it was kind of a letdown for me, so I ended up shopping somewhere else.

I had trouble with the phone support because the hours felt really, really limited. It was frustrating trying to get help when I actually had time to call. If you need quick phone support, just keep that in mind.

"The rewards thing just wasn’t worth it"
I ordered from Pure Prescriptions a couple times because I thought the loyalty points might save me a little eventually, but it didn’t really work out that way. Maybe I missed some of the fine print or whatever, but the points seemed to build up really slowly, and then when I tried to use them it was kind of confusing. There was always some limit or rule that made it less useful than I expected. I did ask customer service, but I didn’t get much of a clear answer. Just didn’t feel like much of a reward for coming back, so I ended up giving up and shopping elsewhere
"Shipping was fine, but I expected a better option"
I ordered from Pure Prescriptions and everything showed up just fine and on time. The shipping cost wasn’t outrageous, but it definitely wasn’t the cheapest either, especially for a smaller order. I feel like they should have a lower-cost option for situations like that, or at least acknowledge it better. An apology or some explanation would’ve been appreciated. Still giving 4 stars because the package arrived when it was supposed to.

"Not really what I was hoping for"
I ordered it once i just wasn’t happy with it. The quality felt kind of off, like not what I’m used to buying, and maybe I’m being picky, but I didn’t feel great about using it. I kept comparing it to my usual stuff, and it just didn’t seem right. Maybe other people had a better experience, who knows, but for me it’s not something I’d order again.

It seems decent overall, but the prices felt a little too high for me. I was also expecting clearer instructions, which would’ve made the whole experience easier to figure out.

I didn’t feel comfortable putting my personal info in. The whole privacy side of things just made me nervous, and at one point I was like, what a joke. I ended up not trusting it enough to continue.

"Honestly, it didn’t feel fresh to me"
I’m not trying to be picky, but the bottle had a stale smell when I opened it, and the capsules just looked kind of old. Maybe I got a bad batch, but it definitely didn’t seem fresh to me.

The pages loaded in a weird way for me, and the checkout process was confusing. It just didn’t feel very smooth or easy to follow, if that makes sense.

I noticed I was charged more than what I saw at checkout, which made me a bit uneasy. I reached out hoping to get some reassurance and a clear explanation, but it took longer than I expected to get a straight answer. I just wish the billing had been handled more clearly from the start.

"Pretty disappointing packaging"
The packaging was poor. My order arrived in a flimsy box with the bottles just rolling around loose inside, which doesn’t feel acceptable. One of the caps was cracked and there was powder scattered all over the bottom of the box. For what I paid, I expected it to be packed with a lot more care. They really need to do better before shipping these out

"Order mix-up got sorted fast"
I had a mix-up with my order and was annoyed at first, especially because I was in a rush and didn’t really have time to deal with it. I emailed them quickly, and to their credit, they got back to me fast, fixed the issue, and sent out the right item. After that it was no hassle, so I’m glad they actually handled it properly.
